With 35+ years experience as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor and Recovery Coach, I have an extensive and proven ability to help individuals, couples and families by providing education, compassion, support and real-life tools to find fulfillment in our lives and relationships. Together we identify and change the harmful thinking and behaviors, underlying beliefs and feelings common to addiction /codependency.

Move beyond the despair and worry by utilizing the tools and skills that I offer to make new choices, experience self-worth, serenity, and hope as life improves whether alcohol/other drug use continues or not. My skills are specialized with the credentials of a WA State Substance Disorder Professional, national Master Addiction Counselor and Recovery Coach.
